At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference, Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang shared his confidence in the company’s continued rapid growth, projecting a 70% increase in revenue for 2025. Huang emphasized that Nvidia’s role in the AI industry extends far beyond traditional GPU manufacturing, highlighting the complexity and scale of their products. He noted that modern Nvidia GPUs, used in AI data centers, are highly sophisticated systems costing millions of dollars each and consuming substantial power.
Huang pointed to strong sales momentum for Nvidia’s latest AI hardware, including systems that combine Grace CPUs with Blackwell GPUs, which are experiencing monthly growth rates of 27%. He reiterated the company’s previous revenue guidance, suggesting that Nvidia could reach approximately $680 billion in revenue next year, up from an expected $400 billion this fiscal year.
The CEO attributed this optimism to Nvidia’s deep integration across the AI ecosystem. He explained that Nvidia’s technology underpins models developed by leading AI labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, as well as numerous startups and cloud providers. Huang described Nvidia as a foundational platform for AI, with visibility into global data center developments and partnerships spanning suppliers, cloud operators, and AI-native companies.
Addressing concerns about Nvidia’s investment strategy, Huang clarified that the company’s financial support for partners is backed by substantial revenue contracts, totaling around $100 billion. He dismissed worries about circular investment schemes, emphasizing the strong returns Nvidia receives from these collaborations.
While acknowledging that AI infrastructure demand may evolve as the industry matures and companies optimize their resource use, Huang remains confident in Nvidia’s position. For now, the company’s extensive involvement across AI development and deployment suggests it will continue to benefit from the sector’s growth in the near term.
